Criteria

Companies must meet the following criteria:

• Located within the West Midlands or moving there shortly after investment.
• Be a micro, small or medium sized enterprise.
• Raising no more than £2 million in this round.
• Have growth potential, capable of returning a significant multiple of the fund’s investment in three to seven years either by a trade sale or flotation.
• Not operating in sectors excluded by European State Aid restrictions.
